At Motorvation Academy of Martial Arts, we specialize in Tang Soo Do-a traditional Korean martial art that builds strength, confidence and focus. Students learn effective self-defense techniques, along with strikes, blocks, and forms (structured movement patterns that improve coordination and discipline). As they train, students progress through belt ranks, from white belt to black belt, each step marking growth in skill, character, and perseverance. Open to ages 5 and up, our Tang Soo Do program is a great way to stay active and develop both mentally and physically in a supportive, family-friendly environment. Motorvation is a proud member of the International Tang Soo Do Federation.

Our cardio kickboxing classes offer a high-energy, full-body workout that's perfect for all fitness levels, including beginners! Go at your own pace as you punch, kick and sweat your way through fun, motivating routines.

SUPERHERO ACADEMY
Our Superhero Academy is a high-energy martial arts class for kids ages 3-5. Using fun, superhero-themed activities, we help young students build focus, respect, discipline, and listening skills-while introducing them to basic karate movements in a playful, supportive setting. Superhero Academy runs in 6-week sessions, with classes on Saturday mornings at 11am. Our next session starts April 18th!
